Services operate within Royal Brisbane Place, a secure commercial complex in Bowen Hills.
The building provides:
• Two separate secure client carparks located on Level 1 and Level 2• Controlled building access• CCTV video surveillance throughout common areas of the complex
These features support structured arrivals and departures and minimise unnecessary interaction between parents.
Arrival and Departure ProceduresArrival and departure times are structured to reduce the likelihood of parental contact where required.
Clear procedural guidelines are provided during intake and must be followed by all parties.
On-Site Supervision & Recording
Supervisors maintain continuous visual and auditory awareness of the child’s location at all times.
All supervised visits conducted within the suite are recorded via audio and video CCTV in accordance with centre policy and applicable legal requirements.
